The reason for starting this is because so many of us have tried different products or fads that have not lived up to our expectations. When in reality we have to take the responsibility to get healthy. We will provide you with the tools to do that with this website. With our online tracking website you do not have to wear a pedometer to get your steps. We have a list of activities to choose from. Once you have chosen the activity just put in the minutes you did that activity and the number of steps will be shown.
We also have a veggie and fruit tracker. Click on a fruit or veggie and that will equal one cup. You should be getting at least five servings a day.
Our Hydration tracker will help you keep track of the water you drink. You should be drinking just water. Each glass will equal one 8 ounce glass. If you drink high fructose drinks replace with water.
