The rewards program is maintained by Get Moving to a Healthier You LLC (“GMTHY”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
Reward point/Step accumulation rules
1. You must be 18 years old and a citizen of the United States to participate.
2. Customers must sign up and pay a fee to participate in the reward program
3. Points will be earned by using trackers provided by the internet based computer program.
4. You will have up to 60 days to renew for the year to retain all points and steps you have accumulated.
5. Reward prizes will be determined and updated at anytime at the discretion of GMTHY.
6. GMTHY employees can change the points and prize structure at anytime.
7. Step reward program will be accumulated by using the internet based computer program.
8. Prizes will be given at predetermined steps which will be determined by employees of GMTHY.
9. The step reward program can be changed and updated at anytime by employees of GMTHY.
10. No cheating of any kind, including adding points or adding steps that you really did not earn. If you are found to be cheating you will immediately be banned from the reward program for the year.
11. Please put in your steps and your trackers daily. If you forget you are allowed to go back three days to put them in. But it is best to keep track daily.
12. If you wear a pedometer only use the pedometer steps. If you do an activity use the minutes you did the activity. Do not use both steps from pedometer and activity minutes.
13. All points and step rewards are monitored by GMTHY. All points and steps accumulated per reward are final.
14. Unfortunately, we cannot be responsible for members inability to connect to the internet, login to the GMTHY website, access their account, or participate in any activity associated with this program, service outage or delays, computer difficulties or other technological glitches.
15. We reserve the right to modify these rules and the reward programs specifications at anytime without notice.
